Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of overall experience
Strong hands-on delivery background in RPA / Intelligent Automation (design, build, scale)
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and AI programs
Strong architectural understanding of automation platforms, AI pipelines, and orchestration layers
Practical exposure to Process Mining and Task Mining tools and methodologies
Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement frameworks
Experience in outcome-based delivery modeling (productivity, cost, quality)
