Customer Service Analyst, SAC
Minor Hotels Europe and AmericasCustomer Support Representative providing client support at Allianz Partners. Managing customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on vehicle information and assistance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide information about vehicles.
- Open a ticket in the Portal, verify customer data, and record information provided to customers.
- Record customer complaints, logging their dissatisfaction in the system.
- Issue responses on behalf of the brand and forward the case to the manufacturer for review and to communicate the outcome to the customer.
- Explain to the customer how to schedule a service/maintenance appointment and record their request in the system.
- Transfer customers who contact us and request to speak with the loaner car department, 24-hour assistance, and/or the SAC.
- Receive callbacks on complaints that are being handled by the BackOffice.
- Search for dealership contacts so the customer can verify the desired service; provide the nearest dealership.
- Open a SAC ticket to follow up on a customer’s vehicle that is immobilized at the dealership.
- Assist customers in checking vehicle information on the website, guiding them step-by-step.
- Clarify questions about warranty exclusions and instruct customers, following the manual, on the conditions required to maintain the vehicle’s warranty.
- When necessary, maintain contact with dealerships to understand the customer’s request and, if appropriate, transfer the customer to the dealership.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly in accordance with our data governance, security, and ethical use standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years old
- Male applicants must have a reservist/military service card
- High school diploma
- Have easy access to the Greater ABC region
- Typing skills (will be evaluated; please use a computer to complete the test)
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule
- Experience with CRM systems (SAC)
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as Co‑Pilot and similar technologies, to help increase productivity and support problem resolution in daily tasks.
