About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback management.
  • Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and integration activities for new joiners in the company.
  • Assist in the rollout and follow-up of talent reviews, development plans, and performance cycles.
  • Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and internal communication related to employee development.
  • Ensure smooth daily HR operations: HR data accuracy, reports, and administrative follow-up.
  • Support mobility, organizational changes, and headcount tracking.
  • Contribute to transversal HR projects (e.g. engagement surveys, diversity & inclusion initiatives, process improvement).
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytics for HR and management teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A previous experience in a similar role would be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with diverse teams.
  • Proactivity, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic context.
  • Passionate about beauty, innovation, and people development.
