Operations HR Graduate
Minor Hotels Europe and AmericasHR Graduate assisting in recruitment, talent development, and HR operations at Puig. Supporting various HR functions within a creative and international environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback management.
- Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Support onboarding and integration activities for new joiners in the company.
- Assist in the rollout and follow-up of talent reviews, development plans, and performance cycles.
- Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and internal communication related to employee development.
- Ensure smooth daily HR operations: HR data accuracy, reports, and administrative follow-up.
- Support mobility, organizational changes, and headcount tracking.
- Contribute to transversal HR projects (e.g. engagement surveys, diversity & inclusion initiatives, process improvement).
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytics for HR and management teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A previous experience in a similar role would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with diverse teams.
- Proactivity, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic context.
- Passionate about beauty, innovation, and people development.
