About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to design intuitive and customer‑centric experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Apply design thinking principles to create clear information architecture, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI designs, and reusable design systems
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into engaging user experiences for booking platforms and customer‑facing applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–10 years of experience in UX/UI Design
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Figma, Miro , and enterprise‑scale design systems
- Experience designing AI‑driven and conversational UX , including human‑AI interactions
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, agile environments and mentor junior designers
