About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with clients undergoing transformation to define and roll out organization change initiatives including change management strategy, change impact assessment, program and business stakeholder engagement, change and communication plan definition and execution, communication artifacts design, development, coordination, and deployment, change networks facilitation
Coordination with multiple senior client executives and program team members to effectively roll out communication and change activities
Shape clients’ change journeys that enable their transformation, managing change journeys from end-to-end drawing upon our accelerators and methodologies with personality, precision, and predictability to help realize measurable, positive business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering organization change for digital / technology transformations for ServiceNow, SAP S/4 HANA, MSD or other ERP technologies
Minimum 7 years of experience in a strategic advisory or consulting role with strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. Big 4 Firm, global consulting company, global Systems Implementor etc)
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4-5 years of professional experience
Able to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
Able to work independently and at the same time be a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the box
Excellent communication skills
Excellent work planning and coordination skills
Relationship building capability with senior executives
Experience with utilities or related industry is desirable
