About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of a major industrial construction program, you will support the EPR2 project teams within the Quality/Safety domain, providing technical assistance on key structural issues.
Contribute to the analysis, characterization and monitoring of deviations (ACE) in relation to applicable reference frameworks.
Ensure follow-up of action plans, manage performance indicators and related reporting.
Support the operational implementation of surveillance requirements within contracts and projects.
Participate in the drafting and review of quality/safety documents (procedures, materials, surveillance programs).
Prepare and lead steering meetings and communications materials (SMI – Integrated Management System).
Conduct site visits and support teams in quality and surveillance processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Safety, Industrial Management or an equivalent technical discipline.
Initial or proven experience in a regulated industrial environment (nuclear, energy, heavy industry, etc.).
Strong command of quality/surveillance systems and deviation/non-conformance management.
Demonstrated skills in technical writing, synthesis and action tracking.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary project teams.
Rigour, strong organizational skills and a willingness to work on site.
