About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and Lead the Execution of the Regional and Key Countries Retail Plan, in conjunction with the Retail Design Manager
  • Define, implement and oversee POS audits to ensure compliance, visibility excellence, and consistent brand execution.
  • Set POS priorities by country and brand, aligned with regional strategy, distribution focus and commercial goals.
  • Develop and manage the Permanent Visibility Plan, including budget ownership for installations, renewals, and upgrades.
  • Lead the implementation of “Perfect Shelf” by each brand standards, defining required investments with Account Managers.
  • Coordinate execution with Account Managers, Distributors, and HQ teams to ensure timely and high‑quality roll‑out across markets.
  • Oversee logistics, production, deployment, invoicing, and billing processes related to retail assets and visibility.
  • Drive a 365‑day animation plan for owned spaces in flagship stores to sustain brand impact and consumer engagement.
  • Lead Regional E‑Tailing Transformation, in conjunction with the E-Tailing Executive
  • Define and drive the regional e‑tailing strategy across key e‑retail partners to elevate brand visibility, desirability, and performance.
  • Establish and cascade clear guidelines for brand presentation, content quality, and promotional execution across e‑commerce platforms.
  • Ensure availability, quality, and consistency of approved assets, imagery, product information, and storytelling, in line with brand standards.
  • Monitor sell‑out performance and key e‑commerce KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and defining corrective and development action plans in collaboration with local teams.
  • Define and lead the regional training strategy and execution plan for Brand Representatives (BRs) and Beauty Consultants (BCs).
  • Adapt and deploy global training guidelines, tools, and content at local level, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
  • Build and manage the annual training and activity calendar aligned with commercial priorities and launches.
  • Oversee training materials, logistics, travel organization, and budget control.
  • Define and deploy Fragrance Discovery and Consumer Experience protocols for mono brand and multi brand environments.
  • Build and execute annual and seasonal brand animation plans to maintain consumer engagement throughout the year.
  • Audit and Track POS Performance
  • Conduct regular POS audits to assess execution quality, visibility, compliance with brand guidelines, and consumer experience.
  • Evaluate and prioritize POS networks and top retailers based on strategic relevance, performance, and growth potential.
  • Provide structured feedback, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and distributors to continuously elevate execution standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Management / Retail Development and/or Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce roles.
  • Proven experience in the Luxury and Beauty industry (Fragrances and/or Cosmetics required).
  • Experience working with Latin American markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree and/or Digital Marketing certification are considered a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience building, engaging, and developing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, multicultural environments.
  • High level of organization, time management, and prioritization skills, with a hands‑on and results‑driven approach.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship is required.
