Local Supply Planner
Minor Hotels Europe and Americas. Responsible for end-to-end Supply Planning for the UK market .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for end-to-end Supply Planning for the UK market
- Ensure optimal product availability and stock coverage across the warehouse network
- Align inbound supply with demand requirements
- Proactively manage stock risks
- Support all distribution channels across multiple brands
- Manage and execute DRP flows from Spain to the UK
- Review and optimize safety stock levels
- Oversee SKU phase-in and phase-out processes
- Monitor current and projected warehouse stock
- Expedite low stock and out-of-stock items
- Optimize overall stock holding by initiating inter-channel reallocations
- Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory
- Act as the key liaison with Global teams
- Develop and share availability reporting and analyze KPIs
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and business support
- Play an active role in S&OP meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Planning or Inventory Management
- Knowledge of planning tools such as SAP IBP and SAP APO
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Structured, organised approach with clear logical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
