About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interact with first-line functions (IT, Data, Business) to collect and analyze technical information relevant for regulatory purposes, supporting Compliance in understanding and monitoring obligations required by regulations such as the AI Act and DORA
- Design and maintain KPIs, KRIs, and compliance dashboards to support risk monitoring and regulatory compliance
- Support the preparation of periodic reports for governing bodies, contributing to the development and automation of reporting and control processes
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives within Compliance
- Propose innovative solutions to optimize company compliance processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree in quantitative disciplines (mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or related fields)
- Experience (e.g. 2-3 years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in compliance or regulated environments
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Critical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem solving
- Proactive attitude and results-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and a talent for teamwork
- Excellent command of the Italian and English language.
