About the role
- Registering new cases daily and uploading documents into FileNet
- Converting image files into PDF when needed before uploading
- Updating ePayment cases per day and printing cover sheets for Operations Support
- Printing and scanning application forms (Surrender & Withdrawal)
- Processing documents from HSBC, including weekly ePayments and surrender cases
- Assisting in clearing backlog cases for ePayments and surrender documents
- Handling replacement payment vouchers and coordinating with Finance or banks for status updates
- Supporting updates for Withdrawal TL / IL, where applicable
- Replying to simple enquiries from Customer Service with the correct justification
Requirements
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable with routine processing tasks
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools
- Willingness to learn insurance operations and follow structured processes
- Clear and professional communication skills for email responses
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage
