About the role

  • Answer calls, emails, and chats about warranty coverage, claim notifications, and general enquiries
  • Open and manage claim cases in the system for the Used Car/Auto Warranty segment; return missed calls and follow up to create new cases as needed
  • Verify customer, vehicle, and document details; ensure complete, accurate submissions and records
  • Coordinate appointments with service centers; liaise on payment details (including non‑network) and schedule updates
  • Keep customers informed on claim status; handle escalations, complaints, or discrepancies and coordinate solutions with internal/external teams
  • Maintain clear case documentation and activity logs; prepare basic reports per guidelines
  • Offer relevant services or warranty extensions to support retention and customer value
  • Meet service KPIs for responsiveness, quality, and claim resolution
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

Requirements

  • High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (high school graduates with strong experience are welcome to apply)
  • 1+ year in customer service/contact center
  • Experience in automotive service center (customer relations), or insurance/warranty support is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer service mindset; problem‑solving, multitasking, and attention to detail; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams; familiar with CRM/claims platforms
  • Thai fluency required; Good English proficiency is an advantage
