About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

挖掘家办高净值客户需求,设计提供高价值产品计划;
赋能各渠道进行家办高净值客户的陪访和促成;
整合内外部资源,组织主讲家办高净值客户主题沙龙,并协助进行业绩追踪、转化和落实;
打造家族办公室税务主题培训体系;
对接外部税务,法律,慈善,投资等渠道资源,打造家族办公室服务生态;
主管分配的其他工作任务。

Requirements

What you’ll need

大学本科及以上学历;
3-5年四大或其他税务所从业经验,3年以上金融行业相关领域工作经验。其中银行、保险公司或家办税务专家从业经验者优先;
有相关专业内外部培训及客户沙龙主讲经验,可以主导前线完成客户方案落地;
具有项目执行能力,具备良好的独立工作能力带动项目落地;
良好的沟通能力,中英文表达流利。
