About the role
- Perform accounting reconciliation routines directly, ensuring correct reconciliation of accounts and consistency of financial information.
- Execute bank reconciliations and technical account reconciliations, ensuring alignment between accounting records and financial balances.
- Be responsible for organizing and validating supporting documents, in partnership with internal areas, to ensure the quality of accounting information.
- Support the accounting team in the preparation of Financial Statements, contributing with reconciliations, analyses and supporting schedules.
- Actively participate in the accounting close process, supporting recurring routines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensure the organization, standardization and traceability of accounting files, maintaining history and proper documentation control.
- Provide support to local accounting activities, contributing to the calculation of the company’s results and the financial health of the business.
- Work collaboratively with the team, supporting deliverables related to reconciliations and accounting routines.
Requirements
- Solid experience in account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.
- Previous experience in the insurance market, with knowledge of technical accounts.
- Experience organizing and validating accounting support documents.
- Proficiency in Excel, with strong spreadsheet and control organization skills.
- Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with partner areas.
