About the role
- Single point of contact for the management of PPM utility in the APAC region.
- This role will front the onboarding of APAC resources & projects into PPM, participate in analysing APAC IT portfolios and project status, review resource utilization, improving quality, and help to reduce project-related risk.
- Work with Head of IT, Finance and Business OE to ensure timecard are billed on timely manner every month.
- Key Activity for 2026 is to align PPM activities with New Ways of Working (WoW) – Portfolio Creation, Migration to Boost, and Maintenance and Reporting in Boost.
- Manages the resource and project onboarding within PPM.
- Support portfolio governance covering monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in information technology or other comparable technical qualification
- 7 years of prior experience in managing PPM in a complex multinational environment and program/project management experience are required.
- Good exposure to PPM modules and its associated operational needs.
- Good understanding in ITIL framework
- Able to work with senior stakeholder such as CEO, COO, Global Capability Leaders
- Strong experience in managing project financials, demand management, changes management, managing distributed teams, KPI tracking, and reporting alignment within a complex matrix organization would be advantageous.
- Candidate should have strong exposure to MS excel based data analysis, presentation using MS PowerPoint, and usage of project management tools.
- Has a strong exposure to the functioning of the program management office, standardization of processes, tools, and associated governance.
