Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the analysis, resolution, and root cause investigation of critical system issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience as a System Analyst or Programmer in the insurance domain
Extensive hands-on experience with life/health policy administration systems
Strong understanding of life insurance business processes and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in Basic Java, Jasper, and reporting tools like Sisense
Excellent communication and leadership skills
