About the role

  • Lead the analysis, resolution, and root cause investigation of critical system issues
  • Oversee enhancements and support for life insurance Policy administration system
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical deliverables
  • Guide cross-functional teams through requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Conduct and review unit testing, ensuring high standards of code quality
  • Document technical processes and provide user support across the software development lifecycle
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a System Analyst or Programmer in the insurance domain
  • Extensive hands-on experience with life/health policy administration systems
  • Strong understanding of life insurance business processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Basic Java, Jasper, and reporting tools like Sisense
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
