About the role

  • Assist in developing flyers, posters, and copy tailored for branches and intermediaries to support marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, conceptualize and coordinate campaigns to support sales objectives and boost customer engagement.
  • Deliver short-form vertical video content that tells compelling visual stories aligned with the brand identity.
  • Support concept research, filming, and post-production for brand content, corporate videos, and other shoots.
  • Support marketing activities for product launches or customer campaigns in collaboration with team members.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor audience engagement and trends to refine content strategies.
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Handle administrative duties related to project work, sales activities, and campaign coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Mass Communications or a related field.
  • Basic working knowledge of Capcut and Canva is a must.
  • Interested in marketing, content creation, and campaign planning.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the English language and at least one other language, Chinese or Malay is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplification.
