About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in developing flyers, posters, and copy tailored for branches and intermediaries to support marketing initiatives.
- Plan, conceptualize and coordinate campaigns to support sales objectives and boost customer engagement.
- Deliver short-form vertical video content that tells compelling visual stories aligned with the brand identity.
- Support concept research, filming, and post-production for brand content, corporate videos, and other shoots.
- Support marketing activities for product launches or customer campaigns in collaboration with team members.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor audience engagement and trends to refine content strategies.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Handle administrative duties related to project work, sales activities, and campaign coordination as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Mass Communications or a related field.
- Basic working knowledge of Capcut and Canva is a must.
- Interested in marketing, content creation, and campaign planning.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the English language and at least one other language, Chinese or Malay is an added advantage.
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplification.
