About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team
- Drive end-to-end analytical strategy and delivery
- Own standardized regional and global reporting frameworks
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders for analytics solutions
- Manage the regional Power BI environment
- Oversee integration of enterprise source systems into reporting architecture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to consolidate data and deliver insights
- Ensure consistency of reporting by aligning regions to global frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in analytics or data strategy
- 3+ years lead or people leadership experience preferred
- Advanced Power BI expertise
- Strong SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python skills
- Basic understanding of IT architecture, ETL processes and data flows
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a multi-cultural global organization preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
