About the role

  • Exposed to and having hands-on experience in managing daily operations of the Department
  • Attend and handle enquiries from customers and business partners
  • Process refund for Fire and all Personal lines product.
  • To record accurately all transaction on a daily basis
  • Process request for stationery, filing, storage and admin /mailing tasks.
  • Prepare listing to Finance on receipting and journal on a weekly basis.
  • Continuously review and update/document the administrative rules and processes for effective and efficient operation of the sections.
  • Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Insurance or other related fields of study are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Good with Excel
  • Fast learner, self motivated, team player, and able to work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset, strong self-learning ability and attention to detail.
  • At least 3-month internship period.
  • Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for task simplification
