About the role
- Exposed to and having hands-on experience in managing daily operations of the Department
- Attend and handle enquiries from customers and business partners
- Process refund for Fire and all Personal lines product.
- To record accurately all transaction on a daily basis
- Process request for stationery, filing, storage and admin /mailing tasks.
- Prepare listing to Finance on receipting and journal on a weekly basis.
- Continuously review and update/document the administrative rules and processes for effective and efficient operation of the sections.
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Insurance or other related fields of study are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Good with Excel
- Fast learner, self motivated, team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset, strong self-learning ability and attention to detail.
- At least 3-month internship period.
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for task simplification
