Key responsibilities & impact

Exposed to and having hands-on experience in managing daily operations of the Department
Attend and handle enquiries from customers and business partners
Process refund for Fire and all Personal lines product.
To record accurately all transaction on a daily basis
Process request for stationery, filing, storage and admin /mailing tasks.
Prepare listing to Finance on receipting and journal on a weekly basis.
Continuously review and update/document the administrative rules and processes for effective and efficient operation of the sections.
Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Insurance or other related fields of study are welcome to apply.
Proficient in written and spoken English
Good with Excel
Fast learner, self motivated, team player, and able to work under pressure.
Problem-solving mindset, strong self-learning ability and attention to detail.
At least 3-month internship period.
Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for task simplification
