About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Agile transformation across multiple countries
- Empower Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile squads to deliver value
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and business agility
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile squads to adopt Agile values
- Monitor team performance and coach squads to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Coach Product Owners on backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment
- Align Agile execution with business goals by collaborating with key stakeholders
- Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous learning
- Ensure consistent yet adaptive implementation of Agile frameworks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar certification
- Advanced certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, CSP, or Agile Coach) are a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of insurance products and processes
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with leadership experience across multiple teams or countries
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
- Ability to analyze team performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
