  • Monitor team performance and coach squads to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Coach Product Owners on backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment
  • Align Agile execution with business goals by collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Ensure consistent yet adaptive implementation of Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar certification
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, CSP, or Agile Coach) are a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of insurance products and processes
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with leadership experience across multiple teams or countries
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze team performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
