About the role
- Answer incoming calls to resolve reported issues and/or provide information regarding the inquiry that led the customer to contact the 0800 hotline
- Provide emergency services such as towing, mechanical assistance, and taxi through the Mabis system
- Critically assess requests to authorize services for the insured
- Make outbound calls to verify the estimated arrival time of the initially dispatched service provider
- Plan routing and calculate distances between road segments
- Present solutions to the insured using a logical service sequence
- Locate and identify registered insured vehicles using the Mabis tool
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Male candidates must have military reservist documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Easy access to the Greater ABC region
- Typing skills (will be evaluated; please use a computer to complete the test)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as Co-Pilot and similar technologies
