About the role

  • Co‑define the corporate Data & AI strategy and multi‑year roadmap.
  • Evaluate business cases, assess feasibility, and prioritize initiatives based on expected value.
  • Coordinate complex AI projects end‑to‑end.
  • Drive alignment between business, IT, AI technical team, and international stakeholders.
  • Define KPIs and methodologies to measure business value and track outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and co‑creation activities.
  • Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and communication flows.
  • Promote responsible AI adoption and contribute to cultural transformation.
  • Prepare strategic presentations and reporting for top management.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Science (or STEM fields) or equivalent
  • Proven experience (e.g. 5 - 7 years) in consulting with proven track record of managing large-scale projects in Data & AI field within complex organization
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (generative AI, predictive models, LLMs) and IT landscape in general
  • Insurance industry knowledge would be a strong plus
  • Excellent requirements writing, process design, and user journey definition skills.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and product management methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and high autonomy
  • Fluent in Italian and English
