About the role
- Manage the portfolio of brokers under your responsibility, strengthening relationships and ensuring regular visits.
- Conduct hunter-style commercial activities, prospecting new opportunities and expanding presence in strategic markets.
- Negotiate and renegotiate policies across major retail and corporate lines, aiming for retention, profitability and sustainable growth.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs and propose action plans.
- Act as the interface between brokers and internal departments (Claims, Technical, Operations), ensuring smooth handling of requests.
- Participate in commercial initiatives and projects aimed at improving processes, productivity and efficiency.
- Use data and digital tools to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities (competency aligned with Allianz’s data-driven culture).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Social Communication or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel for updating and creating spreadsheets.
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing internal presentations and trainings.
- Own a car and hold a valid Category B driver's license.
- Availability for business travel.
- Up to 2 years of experience in commercial, sales or customer service roles.
- Experience with Salesforce for logging visits, broker contacts and opportunity analysis (plus).
- Familiarity with Power BI for viewing prebuilt dashboards (plus).
