About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the portfolio of brokers under your responsibility, strengthening relationships and ensuring regular visits.
Conduct hunter-style commercial activities, prospecting new opportunities and expanding presence in strategic markets.
Negotiate and renegotiate policies across major retail and corporate lines, aiming for retention, profitability and sustainable growth.
Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs and propose action plans.
Act as the interface between brokers and internal departments (Claims, Technical, Operations), ensuring smooth handling of requests.
Participate in commercial initiatives and projects aimed at improving processes, productivity and efficiency.
Use data and digital tools to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities (competency aligned with Allianz’s data-driven culture).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Social Communication or related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel for updating and creating spreadsheets.
Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing internal presentations and trainings.
Own a car and hold a valid Category B driver's license.
Availability for business travel.
Up to 2 years of experience in commercial, sales or customer service roles.
Experience with Salesforce for logging visits, broker contacts and opportunity analysis (plus).
Familiarity with Power BI for viewing prebuilt dashboards (plus).
