Sales Operations Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales organization by assisting with data analysis, process optimization and administrative tasks.
- Assist in maintaining and updating sales data in Salesforce
- Support and help maintain documentation and processes for Direct Sales Force and Sales Operations
- Help streamline sales processes, documentation and workflows
- Collaborate cross functionally with operational initiatives
- Assist the Sales Operations team with lead distribution and tracking
- Participate in projects and continues improvement initiatives as assigned
- Collaborate with other departments to learn about their roles and responsibilities to understand how the organization works as a whole.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years business experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred but not required)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Team player
- Candidates should possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes.
