Intern, Segment Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns, including planning, creating, developing, and executing on-ground and virtual events activations.
- Ensure adherence to brand identity and guidelines for campaign materials, collaterals and Allianz branded merchandise.
- Support the development and roll out of the marketing initiative, campaign, on-ground and virtual events.
- Assist to review and proofread marketing materials that produce by the agencies to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the communication contents meet the campaign objectives, value proposition & brand identity.
- Assist in the development and editing of collateral, such as social media videos.
- Assist to track the performance of on-going campaigns / events.
- Assist to conduct post-campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/ events to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Assist to perform competitor analysis, identify the latest movement, market demand and trends for effective planning.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing A-Levels, a Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a keen interest in Marketing.
- Able to commit for a minimum of three (3) months.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Proficiency in Adobe or any editing software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
