About the role
- Lead the overall business strategy and performance of Johor Bahru and Batu Pahat branches.
- Drive agency expansion, recruitment growth, productivity enhancement, and sustainable sales performance.
- Onboard and mentor new agencies.
- Manage and strategize agency transformation activities.
- Rebuild sales momentum of aging agencies by grooming younger agents.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with agency leaders to identify gaps and formulate action plans.
- Carry out ad-hoc activities as required by the company.
Requirements
- Degree holder with 7–10 years’ experience in agency/sales leadership.
- Proven track record in managing multi-branch performance and delivering regional KPIs.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and agency expansion capability.
- Strategic thinker with strong business planning and execution skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and performance coaching ability.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory.
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplification.
