About the role

  • Lead the overall business strategy and performance of Johor Bahru and Batu Pahat branches.
  • Drive agency expansion, recruitment growth, productivity enhancement, and sustainable sales performance.
  • Onboard and mentor new agencies.
  • Manage and strategize agency transformation activities.
  • Rebuild sales momentum of aging agencies by grooming younger agents.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with agency leaders to identify gaps and formulate action plans.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 7–10 years’ experience in agency/sales leadership.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-branch performance and delivering regional KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, recruitment, and agency expansion capability.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business planning and execution skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and performance coaching ability.
  • Willing to travel within assigned territory.
  • Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplification.
