About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on data migration analysis, create migration strategy and plan.
Collaborate with Data owners, Business Owners, Architects, Application teams, and Integration lead to understand requirements.
Manage data migration delivery from source and target side.
Articulate problem statements and propose effective solutions and recommendations for management decisions.
Provide progress updates and highlight risks and issues to key stakeholders and project managers.
Manage the scope and schedule of the data migration project.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree holder and above in Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of IT experience as a Technical lead or Data Migration Lead.
Good communication and written skills.
Experience with large scale data migration of policy admin system projects in Insurance domain.
Knowledge on Life Insurance areas such as new business, policy servicing, Distribution management, Account Management, Claim management, and customer experience.
Understanding of key peripherals connected to the policy admin system and data dependencies.
Experience working on regional delivery models and designing reusable, scalable and efficient solutions.
Knowledge of ETL tools and SQL Queries.
