About the role

  • Ensure supplier selection and related negotiation and contract management in accordance with established procedures
  • Oversee supplier control and management, ensuring supplier evaluation and continuous improvement of the services they provide
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of the Department's budget, promoting actions deemed necessary for its optimization and compliance
  • Prepare and analyze management indicators (KPIs) to monitor the Department’s activity and propose improvement actions whenever justified.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in similar roles
  • Solid knowledge of KPI calculation and analysis
  • Experience with SAP Ariba
  • Proficient in O365 applications, especially Excel, and digital collaboration tools
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of AI, specifically ChatGPT
  • Customer- and market-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-confidence
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and quantitative skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Innovative mindset
