About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure supplier selection and related negotiation and contract management in accordance with established procedures
Oversee supplier control and management, ensuring supplier evaluation and continuous improvement of the services they provide
Ensure continuous monitoring of the Department's budget, promoting actions deemed necessary for its optimization and compliance
Prepare and analyze management indicators (KPIs) to monitor the Department’s activity and propose improvement actions whenever justified.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or Engineering (preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in similar roles
Solid knowledge of KPI calculation and analysis
Experience with SAP Ariba
Proficient in O365 applications, especially Excel, and digital collaboration tools
Fluent in Portuguese
Advanced knowledge of English
Knowledge of AI, specifically ChatGPT
Customer- and market-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-confidence
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation abilities
Strong analytical thinking and quantitative skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Innovative mindset
