Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure payroll processing and deductions for Employees, Pre-retirees and Retirees.
Ensure management of working hours and control of attendance and absenteeism.
Ensure the updating and maintenance of employee records relevant to the employment relationship.
Prepare mandatory reports of payments and deductions and ensure their submission to the appropriate official entities.
Prepare legally required reports related to HR management and labor relations.
Ensure HR accounting, cost control and preparation of the HR budget.
Manage employment contracts, onboarding and terminations.
Prepare management reports and HR KPIs.
Contribute to the proper maintenance of the Integrated Human Resources Management System.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or Master’s in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Management or a related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years’ professional experience in payroll.
Good knowledge of Portuguese labor, tax and social security legislation.
Solid experience with SAP ERP HCM (payroll and time management) and SAP SuccessFactors (Human Experience Management).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
Fluent in Portuguese.
Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Customer and market focus, entrepreneurial mindset and confidence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organizational abilities, team spirit, results orientation, and adaptability to change.
