Intern, Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Office
Minor Hotels Europe and AmericasSupport for User Acceptance Testing under the Digital Transformation Office at Allianz Malaysia. Assisting in system enhancement testing to achieve department and company objectives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement initiatives to meet department’s and company’s vision.
- Assist and support in performing system testing for enhancement release on applications
- Provides constant review and feedback on system testing, ensuring testing are completed within deadline
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing or Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of any discipline with Computer Science/ Information Technology preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Team player, good interpersonal and communications skills
- Candidate is required to be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in programming language is not required
- Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
