About the role

  • Support in performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement initiatives to meet department’s and company’s vision.
  • Assist and support in performing system testing for enhancement release on applications
  • Provides constant review and feedback on system testing, ensuring testing are completed within deadline
  • Any other duties as and when deemed necessary

Requirements

  • Pursuing or Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of any discipline with Computer Science/ Information Technology preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Team player, good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Candidate is required to be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in programming language is not required
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
