About the role
- Plan, manage, and monitor agencies’ performance to achieve Regional target
- Manage and grow agency force in territory assigned
- Execute management strategy to support agency growth via recruiting, training, and coaching
- Provide timely support to agency force to achieve overall KPIs
- Plan, strategize, and organize activities that drive productivity and recruitment
- Conduct regular reviews with agency leaders to identify performance gaps and implement action plans
Requirements
- Degree holder with 3–5 years’ experience in agency/sales management
- Good analytical and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel within assigned territory
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplication
