Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, manage, and monitor agencies’ performance to achieve Regional target
Manage and grow agency force in territory assigned
Execute management strategy to support agency growth via recruiting, training, and coaching
Provide timely support to agency force to achieve overall KPIs
Plan, strategize, and organize activities that drive productivity and recruitment
Conduct regular reviews with agency leaders to identify performance gaps and implement action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree holder with 3–5 years’ experience in agency/sales management
Good analytical and performance management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel within assigned territory
Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplication
