Working Student, Client Account Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Master KVG activities related to Allianz Funds and help with the day-to-day running of the service
- Gradually get involved in a range of operational tasks, including supporting recurring activities such as cash flow management, client reporting, fund setup processes, and responding to general client queries
- Assist with data extraction and basic data quality checks
- Contribute to ongoing automation and process improvement initiatives (e.g. data cleaning and mapping)
- Provide support during peak periods, particularly around service reviews and reporting cycles
- Help to prepare and maintain process documentation
- Support the team to ensure continuity of service during absences or holiday periods
- Work closely with experienced team members and gain practical insight into Master KVG operations in an international asset management environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ongoing higher education in a Master II, or equivalent, in the area of business, economics, finance, engineering
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute
- Hands on mentality
- Interest in bringing innovative ideas to concrete results
- Office365 mastery, especially on Excel
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Self-motivation and commitment
- Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
