About the role
- Manage a caseload of complex legacy and long-tail Pollution and Environmental liability claims
- Handle new loss assignments and reassignments promptly
- Evaluate claim exposures and negotiate resolutions
- Support team initiatives with research on emerging pollution trends
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience handling litigated and non-litigated Pollution or Environmental claims
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Technical background in coverage issues interpretation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- College degree (J.D. Preferred) or relevant work experience
- Required state licenses or ability to obtain them
