About the role
- Assist in updating website content such as articles, images, and activity information, and support basic checks or testing for website-related systems when needed.
- Help prepare and schedule push messages for the official LINE account, including timely distribution of market or customer-related updates based on business needs.
- Support the team by collecting, organizing, and consolidating relevant data, and assisting with project documentation, progress coordination, and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Undergraduate (Year 3 or above) or Master's students graduating 2027 or later, preferably majoring in Information Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields, with experience in digital content, Content Management System (CMS) operations, or data-related coordination
- Familiarity with CMS (e.g. Sitecore) is a plus
- Basic HTML / website management knowledge preferred
- Experience with basic system or feature checks is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable with structured tasks
- AI skills: Python, Generative AI
