About the role
- Lead creative design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with teams to develop innovative design solutions
- Ensure visual quality and consistency across projects
- Provide creative direction and support to design teams
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
- Liaise with stakeholders and align design strategies with business goals
Requirements
- 12–15 years total experience
- Minimum 5 years as a hands‑on Graphic Designer
- Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experience leading creative teams, supervising visual quality, and providing creative direction
- Proven experience in creative operations, workflow management, and/or studio operations
- Strong understanding of presentation design, branding, visual storytelling, and communication design
- People and stakeholder management experience
- Self-starter with Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Preferred Experience in large design studios, corporate creative teams, or professional services in a Multi-National Company
- Knowledge of tools such as MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Figma, Canva, AI Productivity tools (or similar)
- Project Management Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Exposure to transformation, transitions, and operations scaling
