Lead creative design projects from concept to completion
Collaborate with teams to develop innovative design solutions
Ensure visual quality and consistency across projects
Provide creative direction and support to design teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

12–15 years total experience
Minimum 5 years as a hands‑on Graphic Designer
Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Experience leading creative teams, supervising visual quality, and providing creative direction
Proven experience in creative operations, workflow management, and/or studio operations
Strong understanding of presentation design, branding, visual storytelling, and communication design
People and stakeholder management experience
Self-starter with Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
Preferred Experience in large design studios, corporate creative teams, or professional services in a Multi-National Company
Knowledge of tools such as MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Figma, Canva, AI Productivity tools (or similar)
Project Management Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
Exposure to transformation, transitions, and operations scaling
