About the role
- Support the testing and validation of new website features, content, and experiences
- Identify bugs and user experience issues across the website
- Support the delivery of new digital initiatives and UX/UI improvements
- Help monitor website and content performance
- Contribute to analysis and reporting by gathering data, tracking results, and sharing key learnings
- Contribute to AI and innovation projects through coordination, research, testing, and prototyping
- Help explore new tools, use cases and AI supports that can improve customer experience
- Monitor competitors, digital trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience
- Recent degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Communications, Engineering or a related field
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong interest in digital experience, ecommerce, UX/UI, and innovation
- Strong curiosity for AI and emerging technologies
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of website testing and digital customer journeys
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Trello, Miro, GA4, Contentsquare, Photoshop is a plus
- Experience with AI or no-code tools is also a plus
- Interest in the beauty, fashion, and luxury industry
