About the role

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for Iberia leadership teams, supporting business strategy through people-related insights and recommendations
  • Advise managers on organizational design, team effectiveness, leadership challenges and performance management
  • Anticipate and cover recruitment needs, acting as an internal consultant across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Support performance management, talent development and succession planning processes
  • Identify learning and leadership development needs aligned with business strategy
  • Participate in salary review, promotion and bonus processes
  • Analyze HR KPIs to support decision-making

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with solid exposure to generalist HR and business partnering responsibilities
  • Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory
  • Strong passion for people, business and the industry, with a genuine interest in contributing to organizational success.
