About the role
- Supports production in all the competencies set forth by the supervisor
- Works with Engineering on process improvement
- Helps maintain production tooling
- Ensures adherence to setup data during production phases
- Completes all production related paperwork
- Maintains clean and accurate manufacturing tool cribs
- Acts as a technical leader in areas of expertise
- Assists training operators on new and revised processes
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, 2-year degree or related vocational education a plus
- 1+ years Heraeus Medical experience or 3+ years equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
- Knowledge of basic inspection tools, machining skills (lathe, mill, surface grinder and general shop tools), SPC, intermediate computer aptitude
- Must be proficient in reading and writing English; Technical writing documentation ability required.
