Key responsibilities & impact

Supports production in all the competencies set forth by the supervisor
Works with Engineering on process improvement
Helps maintain production tooling
Ensures adherence to setup data during production phases
Completes all production related paperwork
Maintains clean and accurate manufacturing tool cribs
Acts as a technical leader in areas of expertise
Assists training operators on new and revised processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required, 2-year degree or related vocational education a plus
1+ years Heraeus Medical experience or 3+ years equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
Knowledge of basic inspection tools, machining skills (lathe, mill, surface grinder and general shop tools), SPC, intermediate computer aptitude
Must be proficient in reading and writing English; Technical writing documentation ability required.
