About the role
- Frame and lead industrial transformation programs: ability to define an ambition, structure hypotheses and objectives, and formalize scope, priority use cases, governance, roadmap and risk plan.
- Develop business cases: quantify value (costs, revenues, operational performance, sustainability), structure assumptions and the benefits-tracking model.
- Design operating models for Engineering and Manufacturing: target organization, roles & processes, governance rituals, interaction and decision-making models.
- Define and drive change management strategy (Engineering/Manufacturing-focused): impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, training and communication plans, readiness and adoption.
Requirements
- You hold a degree from a top engineering school, business school or university, with a strong interest in digital topics.
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, with analytical rigor, the ability to synthesize, high adaptability and a proven ability to persuade (presentations, workshops, written communications).
- You want to make an impact on the industry of tomorrow, combining ambition, high standards and a pragmatic approach.
- You are curious to explore the diversity of industrial sectors in which we operate: energy, rail, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.
- You are comfortable in multi-stakeholder environments (business units, plants, R&D, IT, partners, etc.) and know how to orchestrate and align stakeholders to move quickly and effectively.
- You can combine strategic thinking with operational rigor.
