About the role
- Document and maintain end-to-end processes, SOPs, workflows, operational guides, and compliance requirements using standardized templates and version control practices
- Evaluate processes across HR, operations, and service delivery for efficiency, cost, risk, quality, user experience, and data accuracy, identifying opportunities to streamline or automate
- Pull, clean, join, and analyze data from HRIS, payroll, financial, and operational systems to identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes
- Present analytical findings through clear data storytelling, visuals, and concise executive summaries
- Support HR system administration (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP), including updates, testing, role management, and small enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, Information Systems or related field required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working with data and business processes
- Hands-on experience documenting workflows, SOPs, and process guides
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Qlik, Snowflake, or SQL basics
- Familiarity with HRIS or operational systems: SuccessFactors/ADP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
