About the role
- Payroll processing for a portfolio of approximately 750 employees
- Collect, monitor and verify variable payroll elements
- Review payrolls and related social security contributions
- Monitor employee activity and working time
- Finalize and validate the process for creating employee personnel files
- Manage personnel administration
- Calculate and process final settlements (end-of-employment balances)
- Monitor sick leave and welfare/insurance benefits
- Participate in cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Degree in HR or Business/Management (minimum Bac+2 / equivalent to an associate degree)
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Comfortable working with HR/payroll tools and digital systems
- Experience with HR Access payroll software is a plus
- Energetic, autonomous, discreet, with a strong service orientation
