About the role

  • Lead enterprise JAMA Connect configuration, administration, and governance.
  • Improve workflows, tool performance, and user experience in partnership with external consultants.
  • Integrate JAMA Connect with engineering tools (e.g., JIRA, test management systems) and support scalable ecosystem growth.
  • Build enterprise traceability reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and requirements quality processes.
  • Establish standards for reviews, baselines, V&V reporting, and partner specification management.
  • Develop training materials, best‑practice guides, and onboarding resources to support enterprise adoption.
  • Align processes across business units, including the Automotive BU, to ensure consistent requirements management practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
  • 3+ years in systems engineering, requirements management.
  • 1+ year administering or configuring JAMAConnect or similar tools (DOORS, Polarion).
  • Strong knowledge of traceability, V&V, baselining, and change control.
  • Experience integrating tools such as JIRA or test management systems.
