About the role
- Serve as a technical expert supporting customers in the semiconductor test and probing industry.
- Advise on high performance materials for probe materials and drive technical customer projects from concept to qualification.
- Provide technical consulting on material selection, processing, and performance for probe card applications.
- Analyze electrical, mechanical, and reliability requirements in semiconductor probing.
- Manage product development projects from prototype to industrialization.
- Contribute to material development, sampling, and specification definition.
- Prepare technical documentation and support Sales with expert input.
Requirements
- Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar.
- Experience in global project management
- Experience in the semiconductor or wafer test industry
- Knowledge of precious metal and specialty alloys.
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Strong English skills; experience in Asian markets and Asian language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and strong intercultural competence.
