About the role

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of our clients' business needs and objectives
  • Review existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations
  • Produce clear, detailed functional specifications
  • Work closely with end users, development teams and internal stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing project monitoring, identify potential obstacles and propose solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements

  • Degree in business, management, computer science, supply chain or a related field
  • Operational English (B2) or higher
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on digital transformation projects with a specialization in supply chain
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and proven experience with ERP solutions (SAP, Manhattan, Reflex)
  • Proven knowledge of associated modules (WMS/TMS, Air Supply)
  • Advanced skills in process analysis, gap identification and process optimization
  • Excellent written and presentation skills with strong analytical and synthesis abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
