About the role

  • Analyze client needs and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT systems integration teams.
  • Support project governance in a client-side/owner-assistance role (assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage), ensuring scoping and feasibility studies of proposed solutions.
  • Plan and estimate workload with technical teams using traditional (V-model) and agile (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) approaches.
  • Design application features and provide functional support to developers; prepare and execute testing and user acceptance phases; support users; collect and analyze enhancement requests.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, support pre-sales activities, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, management, computer science, or a related field.
  • Operational working proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
  • At least 5 years of prior experience as a business analyst with solid functional expertise.
  • Interest in the Aviation, Rail, and Mobility sectors.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
