About the role

  • Lead the implementation of multiple AI use cases using agile methods within a Data Factory
  • Contribute to defining the GenAI strategy and roadmap
  • Supervise the development and deployment of a financial assistant
  • Manage an audit engagement, proactively addressing the various requirements of the AI Act
  • Identify priority research directions for our R&I Lab

Requirements

  • Engineering degree, Master's or PhD in data science, applied mathematics, statistics, or Big Data
  • 3+ years' experience as a Data Scientist: 3–5 years for Senior, more than 5 years for Manager, more than 8 years for Director
  • Technical and scientific expertise in one of the following areas: Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series & Optimization, Trustworthy AI
  • Ability to translate a business need into an AI use case and develop it through to production
  • Strong command of software engineering best practices
  • Practical experience in project management and development using agile methodologies
  • Enthusiastic about working in a stimulating environment with a strong team spirit
