About the role

  • Understanding business needs: Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' business needs and objectives by organizing interviews and working closely with operational teams
  • Process analysis: Review existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and make recommendations to optimize operational efficiency
  • Writing functional specifications: Develop clear, detailed functional specifications that describe system requirements and serve as guidance for development teams
  • Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate closely with end users, development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and proposed solutions
  • Project monitoring: Provide ongoing project follow-up, identify potential obstacles and propose solutions to keep progress on track with established deadlines

Requirements

  • Degree in business, management, computer science, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Operational English level (B2) or higher
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on digital transformation projects with a specialization in supply chain
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and proven knowledge of ERP solutions such as SAP, Manhattan or Reflex
  • Proven knowledge of associated modules (WMS/TMS, Air Supply)
  • Advanced skills in process analysis, gap identification and process optimization
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
