About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of an impactful and engaging externals events to expand our brand presence and create new business opportunities
  • Drive and execute business-wide internal events in partnership with the Senior Director of Internal Communications to energize teams and shape our Medevio culture
  • Steward and train others on our Heraeus Medevio brand standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback and create tools for customer engagement to launch prior, during, and after events
  • Create and manage vendor relationships for materials, media, and experiential work, both in the US and abroad
  • Maintain Project Management and Vendor Management systems for events
  • Other duties may be assigned, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or transferable degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of Event Management roles, with preference given to candidates with experience in tradeshows
  • Excellent attention to detail and process-orientation, with an eye on ROI-driven KPIs
  • Flexible work style, ability to work autonomously - driving both strategic and tactical work
  • Masterful capability collaborate and lead all levels of the organization through the event process
  • Must be willing and able to travel (with some international travel) for events and tradeshows up to 40%
