About the role
- You conduct creative research to develop the universe of the makeup line (moodboards, concept development, naming, packaging ideas, product evolution, etc.)
- You take part in 360° thinking around product activation for launches (digital activations, TV spots, print communications, in-store activations, packaging evolution, etc.) from concept creation through to launch
- Contribute to the development of the 3-year marketing plan in line with the brand’s DNA for upcoming assets and products
- Prepare creative briefs for agencies for packaging and design
- Analyze the market (sales, performance, NPD (new product development) analyses, trends)
- Conduct competitive monitoring, benchmarking and ad-hoc research
- Coordinate between internal teams for product development and associated 360 activations: communications, digital, studio, retail design, packaging, etc.
- Coordinate launches in collaboration with key markets and international operational marketing
- Collaborate with industrial experts to assess product feasibility
Requirements
- First experience in marketing (ideally in perfume/fragrance or cosmetics development) is a plus
- Degree-level education equivalent to Bac+4/5 (Business School or Master’s with a marketing specialization); apprenticeship schedule 2 days/3 days
- Fluent French and English required — Spanish is a plus
- Meticulous, positive, curious, energetic, enthusiastic and passionate: you demonstrate strong creativity and are eager to contribute to the development of luxury products
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the Asian market is an advantage
