About the role

  • Support the manager with logistics-related demands
  • Support Warehouse (WH), Last Mile (LM), Fleet, Merchandising operations, receiving, storage, material handling, picking, third-party operations, routing and scheduling
  • Analyze logistics data and performance indicators
  • Evaluate stock movements, pull operations, invoices, reverse logistics, demand anticipation/forecasting, volumes and KPI figures
  • Generate and consolidate operational information
  • Produce weekly reports, analyze data in APO and consolidate volumes for the Loss Report
  • Manage logistics controls and fleet
  • Control inventory, loading items, vehicles, maintenance workshops and spot demands
  • Drive operational improvements and ensure operational compliance
  • Identify errors, propose improvements, support emergencies such as incidents/claims, and ensure compliance with EHS policies and the ESG agenda

Requirements

  • Degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
  • 3 years of experience in data analysis and logistics processes (demand planning and inventory management or inbound and outbound operations or inventory control)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Leadership skills, analytical thinking and effective communication
