About the role

  • Work as an Application Developer, contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects
  • Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless project execution
  • Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Occasional travel to customer locations (once or twice per year) may be required for project-related activities
  • Participate in organization-wide people initiatives as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer, with strong hands-on knowledge of Gosu, ClaimCenter configuration, and integration development
  • Deep understanding of the insurance claims domain, including FNOL, coverage verification, investigation processes, exposures & reserves, payments, subrogation, litigation, vendor management, and financial authority controls
  • Proven experience building and supporting ClaimCenter integrations, including messaging plugins, service APIs, claim ingestion, payment systems, document generation, and external data providers (fraud, MVR, address verification, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret functional requirements and convert them into “maintainable technical designs”, workflow logic, extension models, batches and API implementation details
  • Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills across ClaimCenter layers (UI screens, rules, entity model, messaging, integrations, data, workflow and batches)
  • Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum or SAFe), participating in technical grooming, story estimation, code reviews
  • Excellent English communication skills, capable of working with BAs, QAs, architects, and client stakeholders in global insurance programs
  • A proactive, solution‑driven mindset with strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and production stability
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter certifications are a strong asset
